1-2-1 Coaching

Coaching 1-2-1 continues to sit at the core of my practice – meeting clients either in person, on a zoom call, or a combination of both. I currently work with clients from across the U.K. and North America.

My signature system was developed to include a portfolio of options for resilience and health coaching.

I’d encourage you from the off to think less “programme” and more “journey”.

To set the record straight, cortisol is not bad in itself. Indeed it has an important role to play together with the other stress hormones, adrenaline and norepinephrine. It may be that a shorter programme is right for you, in which case I’d recommend The Resilience Reset, coaching together weekly for 4-weeks. We can still “go there” in terms of covering ground, pressing reset with your nutrition and your mindset. Plenty of stretch, encouragement and laser coaching to see you energised and on your way.
